We're always looking ahead and see five trends redefining florals. Here's what's inspiring us right now, and how we're bringing each one to life.
1. Minimalism & Negative Space
Less is more. Inspired by the Japanese art of ikebana, these arrangements embrace space, allowing each stem to breathe and its natural movement to shine. The single flower designs and simplicity of our dried Bougainvillea and Hydrangea Arrangements give enough space to let every bloom shine.
2. Texture & Neutrals
Pantone's "Cloud Dancer" is the color of the year, shifting the focus from bold color to texture and form. Layered blooms and sculptural greenery create timeless arrangements that invite a closer look. 3. Beautiful, Sustainable, and Pet-Safe
Thoughtful gifting is on the rise, with more people choosing flowers that are kind to both the planet and their pets. Our orchid plants and gardens are pet safe and eco-friendly. Our dried and preserved arrangements are allergen free, sustainable and last up to a year. We are always looking for designs that are as mindful as they are beautiful.
4. Wearable Flowers & Creativity with Containers
We see a vase not as a container but part of the design. Sculptural vessels like moon vases, mango wood bowls, and elegant urns transform floral arrangements into works of art.
We're seeing more wearable flowers, crowns and handbags, especially in bridal. We first observed this trend in 2023 at the SF Flower Mart and incorporated it into our bestselling "Carton of Eden" dried arrangement.
