THEN, they sent a second one, because they decided (notwithstanding the gorgeous photo), the first did not live up to their standards! Kelley was so lovely to work with even though I was (accidentally) a really difficult client. I unknowingly gave her a delivery address that ended up being a post office. She called me to say she’d pick them up and deliver them again if I got the right physical address. Then there was a problem with my credit card because the CC company’s fraud alert system has a hair trigger… I felt really bad for the experience she had but she was patient through it all.

And the arrangement she made was beautiful!! I spoke with her over the phone to place the order because I had an idea in mind but I wanted to her to use what was in season and most beautiful. She nailed it and my friend was delighted.
